「強いリーダーシップ」なんぞは、不要です。
There is no need for "strong leadership.
必要なのは、「政府の全能力を結集して高度な計算と予測を行い、その結果を出せるリーダー」です。
What is needed is "a leader who can mobilize the full power of government to perform advanced calculations and forecasts and deliver the results.
