貴党で試みられた「マインドコントール」を定義した修正案のURLを教えて頂けないでしょうか(私は見つけられませんでした)。

与党は『定義できない』と言っていましたが、野党各党は『定義しろ』と言い続けていましたので、私案(叩き台)くらいは作っていると確信しています。
