\u7279\u8a31\u6a29\u306f\u3001\u3044\u3063\u305f\u3093\u653e\u68c4\u3057\u305f\u3089\u3001\u305d\u306e\u6a29\u5229\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u623b\u3059\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3067\u304d\u307e\u305b\u3093\u306e\u3067\u3001\u3053\u306e\u300c\u4e00\u6642\u653e\u68c4\u300d\u306f\u8aa4\u7528\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3068\u601d\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I believe that this \"temporary abandonment\" is a misnomer because once a patent right is abandoned, it cannot be regained.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, patent rights are also effective in each country based on the territorial principle (meaning that they are effective only within the territory and territorial waters of the country).<\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible -- but there is nothing that can be done when patent rights are abandoned in poor countries that do not have pharmaceutical manufacturing plants or equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n
