最近、私が使うPCが片っ端から壊れていき、そして、私のノートPCの動作不良が続いています。

しかし、こんな偶然を当てにしている時点で、私はダメなのです。
But I am a bad guy when I rely on such coincidences.

『魔の手』『破壊の手』『死の手』『呪いの手』
'Devil hand,' 'Destruction hand,' 'Death hand,' 'Curse hand.'
と形容できそうです。
I think I can describe myself as the above.
自分の首さえも、締める" 手" です。
It is a hand that even tightens my neck.
