正直に言えば、上記の内容は「宣誓」であって、「契約」ではありません。

だって、(私の所感では)隔日間隔で、個人情報の流出事件が発生しているじゃないですか。

外部からの攻撃でも、これだけ簡単に流出しているのですから、内部の人間の手にかかれば100%これを止める手段はありません。

For an organization, identifying individuals is a piece of cake.
そして、『雉も鳴かねば打たれまい』は、組織の基本原則です。
