午前のリモート会議中に、呼び鈴が鳴ったので対応したら、長々とした挨拶から始まったので、「これはアレだな」と思って、いつもの対応をしました。
During a remote meeting in the morning, the doorbell rang, and when I responded, she started with a lengthy greeting, so I thought, "It is that" and I did my usual response.
大喝一番、「要件を言え！」
I shouted, "Tell me what you need!"

その後、郵便箱を覗いたら、『聖書の勉強会へのおさそい』というポストカードが入っていました。
