さて、『好奇心は旺盛だが、すぐに投げ出す、人間嫌い』の人間の老後はどうなるのだろうか？

地方出張では、仕事の後に名所を訪問したり、その土地の名物を食したりすることが多いと思います。

We often visit places of interest on local business trips and eat local specialties after work.

かつて私もそうでした。

I used to be the same way.

現在、私は、スーパーマーケットで弁当を買ってきて、ホテルで食事を取っています。

I buy my lunch at the supermarket and take my meals at the hotel.

お金の節約ではなく、そっちの方が「好き」で「ラク」だからです。

Not because it saves money but because I "like" it. It's "easier."

新しい技術を試すまでの時間は、かなり短いと思います。

そして、不要と判断すれば、熟考することなく、とっととその技術を見捨てます。
