今朝、ポストに届いていたようです。

Incidentally, I am a resident of the birthplace of the Freedom and People's Rights Movement - so it's not like it means anything.
いずれにしても、国家であれ、市町村であれ、『変な形をした行政地区』があれば、先ずは『過去の政争(または戦争)』を疑ってみると良いと思います。
